Extra absorbent and gentle, the Harada Orimono Embroidered Cloth is made with eight layers of fine, netting fabric that softens with moisture. Perfect for wiping small spills, drying dishes and hands or even as a hankie. Its natural-rayon netting is made in Nara, once the heart of Japan's mosquito netting industry, and each one is embroidered with a petite breakfast motif — a coffee mill, coffee pot or mug.

Based in Wakayama Prefecture, Harada Orimono specialise in manufacturing Japanese muslins, towels and light clothing, with a focus on natural and local materials. Items are designed and made in-house with manually threaded and operated machine looms, and all checked by hand. They believe good design elevates both elegance and functionality of everyday items.
